The first step in building an ADU is determine feasibility based on code provisions and current site conditions. With the array of rules and exceptions, we can help you sort through this in just a few hours. Subsequent steps we help with during this phase include design and permit preparation.
One challenging aspect of ADU and smaller home projects is that they have nearly the same number of moving parts as a large home. In general assume you will need to identify and manage at least 10 to 20 subcontractors and suppliers. More when you seek multiple bids. We can help with assistance in setting up budgets and schedules, to vetting of suppliers and quality oversight.
