About Us

Before Legos were Lincoln Logs which obsession foretold my future interest in building.  None-the-less after earning my MBA I headed toward business in my initial career and learned key skills in negotiation, management, budgeting and project management upon which I base my construction business.

I additionally spent a number of years working in energy non profits where I oversaw and supported programs that have helped the Northwest become a national leader in efficient homes.

After building a number of quality efficient homes I have taken deep interest in smaller structures as stand alone homes and accessory dwelling units.  I strongly believe this is a necessary trend for building better and more sustainable communities as well as preparing for the growing needs of an aging population.

I design and build beautiful, durable and efficient small structures that make for lower stress living.
